I'm a "psychic vampire" I guess

I was reading the satanic bible out of curiousity (more just skimming through) and got to the part about psychic vampires and I basically felt absolutely called out. I feel horrible about it. I've been trying to research how to stop being one. I don't know how to summarize what it is properly so just google it. (No I don't think I actually suck out peoples' lifeforce energy or am a vampire or anything like that, it's just the term used to describe a certain kind of problematic person.)
