I keep forgetting if I took my medication and it’s a once a day thing… so frustrating

Does anyone else do this? I feel so dumb because why can’t I just get a doser or something… Gah anyone else needlessly self-destructive?

Just wait until you have like 10 a day...some in the morning...some at night...grrrrr

I would get a pill holder with a box for every day of the week. They’re only a few bucks and they help. Also really handy for traveling. Just put one dose in each box.

Us old people get a pill dispenser with the days of the week on it and put our meds in there so we dont' forget to take them.

I put an alarm on my phone and have a post it note on the fridge
