&*#%^&*$ Received a phone call from my Medical Centre.

About 10 days ago I had a C.A.T. scan on my lungs.
The government offered free Lung Cancer screening for people who previously smoked.
I smoked a packet of cigarettes a day for 30 years.
Stopped at least a decade ago.
We agreed that I will not need to worry about it unless there was an issue in which case I would be contacted.
That contact has now occurred, and I have an appointment for Thursday morning.

So glad you did get that CAT scan. Lots of hugggs Gus💜🫂I'm sorry there's been some worrisome results, But, now they can work to really treat, minimize and hopefully stop those diseases from progressing. What is the treatment for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease?

@Baybreeze Because I am having no real trouble breathing, though I do tire rather quickly with any sort of manual labour, the treatment is usually bronchodilators.
The upcoming CT Coronary Angiogram will determine the course of treatment.
13th January is that date.
