I worked on the East Anglian strawberry fields after I left school. Back aching in the sun.
Now, my hobby is gardening, and I cultivate wild strawberries amongst the herbs.
I believe you put strawberry jam in tarts.

By when I left school I was of some use at least for myself.
Living by my own and far from family since being 16 years old, there was no other way nor a special merit.

@SchoolBelle the comments crossed in cyberspace. I knew what you meant.
SchoolBelle · 61-69, F
@samueltyler2 Good. There is enough misunderstanding in this not-so-similar world.
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@SchoolBelle well, probably not as much as in the real world.
I do love a tart torte. Occasionally. It is an acquired taste, of course.
SchoolBelle · 61-69, F
@Alfred22 I believe that my taste has been acquired - in both senses of that statement.
inahigs · 61-69, F
I know yow you better than that.
SchoolBelle · 61-69, F
@inahigs You know something of me now, nothing of me then.
JayneX · 51-55, F
Me too, until I was taken in hand by an older girl.
SchoolBelle · 61-69, F
@JayneX An interesting move.
JayneX · 51-55, F
@SchoolBelle very much so.

Em, a little promiscuous?
SchoolBelle · 61-69, F
@Alfred22 😄 Why, thank you, kind sir!
@SchoolBelle I am a Yank and so I do enjoy BBC English but rarely speak it.
For example, I usually deliberately answer "It's me." when asked "Who's there?" Thus, I deliberately use the objective case or the first person personal pronoun!
What do you say to a similar inquiry?

A tart? What sort of tart? A jam tart or a Bakewell tart?
SchoolBelle · 61-69, F
@MissBarbara Been there, done that.

👋👋
Every female should be a tart while their body is perfection, things change so quickly. I vote to increase Tard'dom in every city.

@JamesBugman I think your particular city is
probably already maxed on tard’dom 😂 and you look kinda tarty yourself. If I saw you in jail you’d definitely be my girl.
