I do rage clean when I come home from work and their are tons of dog accidents. Very good workout! The vigorous and fanatical mopping is great for the abs! The cardio of running around yelling is good too :P

I found the older I get, just walking away works just fine. When you own your house, you have to replace that shit yourself...LOL

On the rare occasion that my GF gets like that, it’s time to figure out exactly which hill I’m on and if it’s worth dying on 😂

I think I've only slammed a door once, but otherwise I usually time out to collect my thoughts before attempting to address whatever the argument might be. Brain angry no function it, bad bad.
