I think I've only slammed a door once, but otherwise I usually time out to collect my thoughts before attempting to address whatever the argument might be. Brain angry no function it, bad bad.

@Trippin All in good measure. Even rage has its uses too. Can be just as unfortunate to mentally disconnect from the world too much when angered as it is slamming doors.
