I can relate to what you are saying, because I was just like you when I was your age. After going through the school of some VERY hard knocks...(both mental and physical), I learned some things which I will share with you.
1. Being a good person doesn't mean being a doormat.
2. If someone treats you badly, make sure that person is out of your life, for good, no matter what.
3. Being a good person and doing nice things for other people NEVER means that you should
expect those other people to be nice to YOU in return. If that does happen, it's like a wonderful miracle. It's a special and unlooked for gift.
4. The good you do in the world is NOTICED. It's noticed by God. He is the only one you need to please.
5. A lot of doctors DO suck. So find a doctor you really like, a lot. And when you finally find her, don't talk too much. Just let her talk to YOU about what YOU need to do to be healthy.
6. Don't cry and whine in public. Other people usually find that unattractive. Keep a large book sized journal instead and write in it every night.

@4meAndyou I just want to say. Complaint in venting is one of the reasons for this website. If someone doesn’t like it, they don’t have to look or comment.
