I can relate to what you are saying, because I was just like you when I was your age. After going through the school of some VERY hard knocks...(both mental and physical), I learned some things which I will share with you.
1. Being a good person doesn't mean being a doormat.
2. If someone treats you badly, make sure that person is out of your life, for good, no matter what.
3. Being a good person and doing nice things for other people NEVER means that you should
expect those other people to be nice to YOU in return. If that does happen, it's like a wonderful miracle. It's a special and unlooked for gift.
4. The good you do in the world is NOTICED. It's noticed by God. He is the only one you need to please.
5. A lot of doctors DO suck. So find a doctor you really like, a lot. And when you finally find her, don't talk too much. Just let her talk to YOU about what YOU need to do to be healthy.
6. Don't cry and whine in public. Other people usually find that unattractive. Keep a large book sized journal instead and write in it every night.

@4meAndyou I just want to say. Complaint in venting is one of the reasons for this website. If someone doesn’t like it, they don’t have to look or comment.

I have figured out what life is all about. Here is my tip.
Life is about pleasure, be it physical, emotional, colourful, hearing, smelling, tasting, touching.
Like when you crawl into a hottub and feel the warmth flow through you. This is all about YOU, nobody else on this earth matters, only you can feel it.
Eating your favourite yogourt might qualify, or pizza with double cheese an pineapple, or maybe your favourite cookies and a glass of milk.
Do things that make you feel good.
Wash the sheets, buy a new bed topper, get some nice shoes, go for a drive to a beach and just lay there and feel the wind flow over you.
So many things in life give pleasure, don't let yourself get stuck on all the negative things, find your pleasure. Do it every day.

I'm so sorry. Sending you hugs. I feel the same too oftentimes. Im also treated badly by people. I've become resentful and ended up isolating myself more.

I can relate to how you feel. Just gotta focus on the good, stay positive as often as possible. Ya know. All that jazz. Sorry.

Doctors are like any other job, they just want to do the minimum to get by.
That is why I never bother, we already know what they will say -
Lose weight, eat right, exercise, you have type 2 diabetes, quit smoking. <--- for a doctor to say that, they charge $300. Then they send you on your way with "naproxen" which is just the fancy term for "Aleve", which you can buy at any grocery store, without a prescription for maybe $10 a bottle.
