There are no conspiracies against you, it’s just your perspective is at odds with reality.

I'm truly sorry to hear that you're going through a tough time. It must be difficult to feel like people who appear happy are conspiring against you. I know it might be hard to believe, but it's important to know most people are generally focused on their own lives and challenges. It's unlikely that people are intentionally trying to cause you harm or suffering. There are professionals, like therapists or counsellors, who can assist you in navigating these challenging thoughts and feelings.

Join in on the happiness. I crashed a party once didnt know anyone in the building, it was crowded and the birthday boy asked me to join him he was sitting on a platform like a throne and he was like mouthing the words, come up here! And beckonong me with his hand. So i went! He asked me who i knew there, i said, i know you now! And i introduced myself. We sat there for hours laughing, talking and drinking, enjoying music. We talked about high school, what schools we attended. Turned out we knew some of the same people, It was one of the best days of my life.

People put on brave faces ? Whos not to say they are having bad time.
