I wish I knew... But if you want to prevent crying, sometimes it helps if you let a stream of cold water on your wrists.
Take a few deep breaths until you feel more calm then practice smiling in front of a mirror until your expression seems genuine, you can mix the two techniques for faster results. You're welcome!
