@Queendragonfly It's hard to do that. My purpose is to care for my wife with health issues. It takes all day and night around the clock. I can't "not" care....I just don't want to do it....

this drove me crazy for most of my life, and the source of a lot of self harm. finally i've come to the conclusion there is no purpose. no one knew me before i was born. no one will remember me after i'm gone. the universe was here 13.7 billion years before i showed up, and no matter what i say or do it will die a massive heat death in 20 billion years. it's better to just live in the now and enjoy this moment for what it is.
