They do not take their jobs seriously and cannot even be professional. I cannot imagine what this family went through 🥹
God i feel like crying.

Parents requested their son's clothing and belongings from a Funeral Director and when they opened the bag his brains were inside of it . Even after this after the father returned the brain, the same Director left the brain outside the funeral home for 2 1/2 months in a box laying out in the elements. wtf is wrong with people . This person needs to be under the jail.

you'd be surprised at how often as a flower delivery boy I'd show up at funeral services with a floral casket cover only to find an urn instead...whether or not it was my boss' fault, i don't get the impression she ever lost a single dollar on her works.

...waiting for the lump-sum cheque from her bingo winnings never paid off accrued expenses & interest at the rendering plant
...the pallbearers rode back to wal-mart on pallet jacks after their extended lunch hour bereavment
...they considered having her wake at the beach...
