I would not have bought the rental properties.
Iwillwait · M
@Musicman Great Idea.
BrandNewMan · 61-69, M
@Musicman Too much time spent with them?
Musicman · 61-69, M
@BrandNewMan More like too much money spent keeping them up.

ChipmunkErnie · 70-79, M
Insist my wife see a neurologist at the very first, smallest sign of dementia.
@ChipmunkErnie Oh no, sorry about that. Would've had made a difference?
ChipmunkErnie · 70-79, M
@Catastrophe Probably not, but who knows? She fought admitting anything wrong.
exexec · 70-79, C
I would have gone fishing more often.
@exexec I've been wanting to go fishing, haven't been since I was a kid.
exexec · 70-79, C
@Catastrophe I did a lot of fishing as a kid and with my two children until they grew up. I went a few times with my grandson, but now he likes to go by himself. Now that the weather is cooler, I might wet a hook soon.

I would leave my marriage earlier

Exercise more

Travel more
Captainjackass · 31-35, M
Go to school earlier than I did. Invest in bitcoin and try looking for her so I could find her years before.
4meAndyou · F
I probably would have spent more time at the gym.
TheRealBarbossa · 36-40
I would have taken better care of myself, saved some money, avoided alcohol and gambling, and more.
Walked away from her the first time I knew that I should have.
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
I'd do the same I did till 2019, except I wouldn't have cared as much about college and rather travel and try freelancing. Then knowing then what I do now I would have bought an apartment in 2019 and probably would have signed a contract for another year in the company I worked for.
Stayed in school
RebelRaven · 51-55, F
I wouldn’t have moved to the Okanagan, I loved it but I had to move back anyway. I would not have stayed with that bf that I met in 2016 either. Would have pushed harder for my knee to be fixed sooner as well.
@RebelRaven Why did you move back and what happened with your bf? I hope your knee is better soon!
RebelRaven · 51-55, F
@Catastrophe the housing market went too high for me by myself, then my dad was showing signs of decline, the ex bf turned out to be a covert Narcissist. Thank you, takes a while to heal after being messed up for 17 years
Iwillwait · M
Pursued my dreams rather than what I have been doing.
PatientlyWaiting25 · 46-50, F
The only thing I'd charge is keeping better focus on my husband's health. He died of a brain hemorrhage caused by high blood pressure. Neither of us knew. I'd have cooked better food, took more exercise and took more care to get his blood pressure under control if I'd have known what was going to happen.
@PatientlyWaiting25 Oh I'm so sorry to hear that! 😢 It's definitely not your fault, we're all just surviving, but I understand why you'd have those regrets. You'd never know if he'd want to do those things either though. Perhaps he would do it for a day, then go back to old habits. I really do wish you future peace and happiness.🫂
PatientlyWaiting25 · 46-50, F
@Catastrophe thank you xx
I would have really made sure I hammered home that I AM worthy to be in this society with this illness and without a partner so I wouldn't have allowed any man to have treated me with disrespect.
@SometimesCrazy Everyone deserves respect. I'm sorry you went through that.
