Brussels, when cooked right, are very good. Boiled they suck...but they are a food that absorbs sugar from your blood, as does okra and broccoli.

I love brussel sprouts! I panfry them with salt and lemon, and to me they taste amazing lol. And they're so cutely shaped!

Things I wouldn't eat, maybe some weird organ meat... I cooked lung for my dog, and I'm definitely never eating that myself, it's disgusting.
