@BarelyTamed I am very much physically disabled. My hands are bad, I only have one leg. As such, my identity has been less rooted in my body and more rooted in my mind. If I lose my mind, I have nothing left to consider me.

@ViciDraco I understand that. Ur concern is valid. But I would say u shouldnt worry abt it. No one gets mentally ill bc of being disabled. And I would suggest u seeking professional help if these thoughts interfere with ur daily function
