Do you prefer a battery powered torch or a rechargeable one?

I like rechargeable torches. They may be more dear, but probably cheaper in the long run then buying batteries all the time. Plus they have led lights that are brighter then the battery powered ones... (Yes, I know rechargeable torches still have batteries in them 😅)

Oh i can't win with torches !

Cheap ones seem to get through bulbs and batteries at a rate of knots.
And when I did invest in a serious 'sealed beam unit', once the batteries leaked, i couldn't fix the damage it made.

I like things that use an 18650 battery. I got a bunch of them from taking apart laptop battery packs. Free, rechargeable countless times.
