Slice them finely.
Heat some butter and fry them with mustard seeds and cumin seeds.

Then add a few spoons of toasted sesame seeds.

Remove ends
Wash over tap water for 2 - 3 minutes
Baking tray with baking paper
Spread beans out & pour 1 table spoon virgin olive oil over
Add white pepper
Now with hands roll all together to mix oil & pepper
Spread beans out on baking paper again
180 c for 8 - 9 minutes
Add 1 table spoon of crushed Garlic ( Jam is easier )
2 pinches Himalayan Pink Salt
Back to oven on 180c for 8 minutes
