At one point, I'd say my twin brother, but not anymore. The last 20 years there really wasn't anybody. At the beginning of making a family, I would have said my spouse, but things changed. As for my bro, no specific reasoning, other than grew apart. I moved half way across the state, started a family. He stayed put, and didn't.

I have my GF, my dog, and 3 cats, and that's the entirety of my social circle.

I don't know that I'm cut out for friendship. I'm incorrigibly introverted and prone to disappointment. I've been on this site since the beginning and don't even have a single friend here despite it basically being the whole point. I've tried, but for some reason or other it always falls apart.

Focusing on my own interests and goals seems to be keeping me afloat for now. I don't look forward to getting older because friendlessness is brutal on the mind and body

Yeah her sister was my best friend but she died about 10 years ago so she has been my best friend since.

I used to but she passed away from depression when we were 15 and I found her..

I have a handful of very close friends, but my best friend is in the beginning of a new relationship and I’m barely getting to talk to her 😕

When i was a kid.. we are still friend on fb we live far away now and aren't very close now..
