I have a friend who used to drive to Bridgewater from Halifax to save about 10 cents a gallon. That's about 15 miles there, and 15 back.
I get 10 cents a gallon off by being a "member" at my gas station. In other words, they save that money for themselves by drawing my gas money directly from my bank account. Then they pass that savings on to me.
I'm not good enough at math to calculate at what point you would be spending more money on gas to GET to the cheap gas place.

No it's not, we make our own gasoline and diesel fuel from used oil and have been for last 20 plus years
