The main thing is don’t stop being you. There not enough kindness in the world (as you may have already learnt) and also don’t be so afraid to speak out, you have feelings just like everyone else. Own them. You’ll explode with frustration if not. The key is finding few right people to share them with.

You're not alone, many of us feel that way. But we can't let other peoples reactions affect us, there could be a reason behind their behaviour you don't really know. Either way, don't stop being who you are. Kindness and thoughtfulness are becoming a rare in society, hang on to your values and good qualities.

Sometimes you gotta be a b word to get your way.

Asserting yourself is super hard.

I don't give time to fools.

Its hard but kindness ain't always right and calmness is hard to cultivate with toxic people while saying. "That's very hurtful. I'm not gonna talk to you anymore." and writing quotes from bad people to remind myself why I don't trust them to talk. It's hard but I need to protect myself.
