I think I'm going through a mid life crisis

Life hits everyone a different times I had my nervous breakdown in my 20's and 30's
Everything passes .
One thing I only realized and I'm listening too it for the last 23 years in a place I go to and it used to fly over my head for the last 23 years is keep life " one day at a time " .
I never realized until now .
I takes away your fears and phobias .
What do notice and it's all adults that everyone has fears and phobias .
I never went away abroad since 2009 over a phobia and I tell you you something else you leave those kinds phobias stop you from living , that brings in a lot of low self worth , self condemnation and when all of that comes in it brings in huge fears .
The moral of the story is don't let your mind life crisis hold you back

There's one good thing about any crisis in which we are presented with which is the opportunity to learn.

It is. But don't throw away money on something dumb like a sports car or an affair.

I had a midlife crises when I was 23. Maybe that was a quarter life crises but I told myself it would never happen again and touch wood it hasn’t yet.
