I feel tired daily

I do everything to not feel tired, but it doesn't work. My enemy is my waking time. I'm forced to wake up too early for my body. I exercise, I have a good diet, I sleep at the same hours, I start my day with working and then relax, I don't use phone often, I don't do anything wrong. Any suggestions. Don't add comments without any value. I don't care if you are telling me you are doing the same and sleep well. I am looking for help. I am not looking for being told I'm exaggerating

I think you should get a blood test if possible. Have them check your iron and thyroid levels. Low iron which is common in women who menstruate can cause extreme fatigue. Also make sure you’re eating a lot of protein. Protein gives you energy. Carbs can just give you a quick burst of energy and then tiredness. Make sure your eating enough and drinking enough too as not enough of those things make you tired too. You could also try adding electrolytes to your drink once in a while to see if that helps.
Try Melatonin.............if that don't work try Dramamine. Motion sickness pills. You can buy both no prescription OTC. Good sleep...no drag ass feeling when you get up. Works for me.
@Ema83748201 You may have a B12 deficiency. Find a GOOD vitamin supplement store and buy a bottle of high dose B12. It will shock you how they make you feel.

@MaBalzEsHari oh okay that's sounds good
@Ema83748201 Lack of vitamins and minerals cause problems that you can't even imagine. When all else seems good in ur life......but something is still wrong....consider your body may be low on an essential vitamin or mineral.

In ur case it could be low Iron too.

i'd recommend a mental health screening as mental health (and conditions like adhd/add, autism, etc) affects sleep, waking up, and how tired you feel
Maybe do a heath cleanse for parasites
