Back to square 1 :) What are you grateful for today ?

Me goes first:)
~ The strong winds. I'm planning to go to the sea and have a tea after I finish writing this. Talk to the sea. Breathe softly some iodine in;)

~ My Kung Fu knowledge. In the morning I practiced the female deer's gaze, no physical movement, just standing up and softening my gaze.
In that softness, sadness arose so then I practiced the tiger's fangs, to transmute the sadness into anger.
And then I recalled my Inner Alchemist in that tiger's and anger's fireplace to allow me to burn .

~ My friend who reminded me of my meditation and the butterfly 🦋 I'm again pushing too much, unnecessarily, instead of allowing things be.
I cannot regain my lightness and playfulness just right now but I can always breath and rest, not meaning again necessarily to rest in bed (although that's many times a good idea) but it is again about allowance. To stop pushing myself from within.
To allow myself to just be and rest into being :).

I'm overcomplicating everything. It's okay. It's okay ♥

Exactly..just Being is the main goal of many books on self help I'm reading. I have crippling anxiety some days and these works all say give ourselves grace if we mess up, if we focus on our perceived *flaws* etc...to just Be and accept ourselves, because essentially we are perfect in that moment. No matter what's going on in our mind or around us, there's a quiet, perfect stillness within us.
I'm grateful for shelter and food, coffee, pizza, beautiful trees, breathing, dogs, laughter, books and most of all my sister.

Waking up fairly well rested.
i am grateful for my kids, my lady, my family, my doggies, a nice home, a good job, a car that is still running, food to eat and water to drink.

Do not push yourself too much for meditation if it doesn't goes with your current mood and/or schedule. I am sorry if my words make you force yourself in to meditation.
