Ok. Important question. Fashion not my strong point i will admit. Can I or Can I NOT wear red pants with a yellow top?

I think it depends on the shade and brightness of the colors. Light colors would look Spring/Summer like. Bright neon colors would make you look like a circus clown or an ad for McDonalds. Would like see a pic of it to give you a truly honest opinion.

I'm good at colors and I say go for it!

I take my cue from the produce department where I may pick up a green bell pepper and put it in my cart. Then a package of mixed peppers catch my eyes. Yellow, red and orange peppers. Then the green pepper goes back on the shelf and I get the mixed peppers instead.

Yes you can wear red and yellow together.It's a striking choice to have such contrasting colours and can work really well.Red sandals work with red pants too.

Yeah, nothing, but what I do know is so much depends upon your complexion... it's easy for a pale skin complexion to not work with bright colors. That said, I love the picture you used to show the colors.

In the end, if you like it and you feel good wearing it, go for it!

I think it could be a cute combo (especially in the fall) but I'd have to see the clothes to make an opinion. Then again, anything is fashionable if you wear it with confidence. Do what makes you happy. :)
