I take my cue from the produce department where I may pick up a green bell pepper and put it in my cart. Then a package of mixed peppers catch my eyes. Yellow, red and orange peppers. Then the green pepper goes back on the shelf and I get the mixed peppers instead.
It's like diversity reaching out and pulling me in. Like this:
