I want to declare just how much I dislike judgment and criticism.

I might be guilty of it too. I might have had too much of it. It might be beneficial. It can be used to some benefit. I still don't like it..

It's weighty stuff and if you've had too much like you suspect it just runs you into the ground. Some people behave like a racoon in a trashbag when critisized or judged in any way (I'm not talking about you here, I should just clarify). I'm constantly debating, internally, how much I should react and after like half an hour I come to the conclusion I need to stand up for myself without being dishonest, without that little bit of injustice just to punish them more than they deserve creeping in
and without being angry cause that's when it becomes a wrong fighting a wrong, if you see what I mean?

I think the people who flip out are doing better than me healthwise but like I said, I'm always wondering if I should just be a bastard.

Judgement makes you sick .
Self judgement makes you surrender.
You have to be easy on others and hard on yourself if you want peace .
Peace isn't all the time .
That's the whole point in having a bit of faith .
Criticism depends on yourself .
I'm used to it . It's happening me most of my life so there's nothing new with that .
If your not used to it .
That's when you become frightened .
If you get criticism new re act back cause you'll have them inside your head .
No room for free lodgers 😆😆😆

@elafina 🤔what about if it is constructive and good advice that may stop you making a wrong mistake

Criticism can be constructive, it depends on how and why it’s being delivered. It also comes with the knowledge that people can take the feedback and change if they wish. But things like trying to “fix people” should not be done, as it becomes just arrogance then and trying to get people to become you, which they never will.

Judgement is almost always unwelcome. It’s usually people who believe they are better than others trying to pass an “opinion” as an “absolute and final unchangeable fact”, which is not a real thing. It brings nothing but negativity and frustration.
