What's the purpose of life?

struggled with this. decided, there isn't one. no one knew me before i was born. no one will remember be after i'm gone. the universe was here 14 billion years before i showed up, and will die a massive heat death in 22 billion years : nothing i say or do will stop this from happening. i won't future worry, or past regret. i'm just going to be in the moment and enjoy life as it happens.

Personally, life is how the sun shines down on your soul....how it affects you, make's you feel. It's the way music touches your heart, or the way your eyes might feast on a stormy sea at high tide. But life in it's many forms, speaks to each of us individually. My truth could never be your truth or vice versa. And, that is the magnificent thing abou it. Your heart was touched in a profoundly different way from every other individual that walks the earth....from the things you see, to the books that interest you, to the art that compels you to visit a display at a museum.
Life is a wonderful mystery.

There's no universal purpose. You can make your personal one though.

Agreed Reproduction No 1, second would be to gain knowledge, understanding and wisdom and pass those on to the next generation

i think it is up to the individual to decide what their purpose / meaning is, everyone is different.

Life is to make us better human beings
and bring us into the league of angels.

The purpose cannot be to blindly reproduce, otherwise what is the purpose of your offspring and theirs etc etc. The purpose must have more depth, or there is no purpose

To mate maybe but there is a larger purpose. We just have look for it. I guess everyone is motivated by something different. * I mean biologically speaking
