that's one of the reasons i make videos on youtube and tictok , just so i can be heard , and my problems noticed as well as other stuff , i find it therapeutic and its unloads a lot off my mind also and there's somewhat interesting stuff too like the odd cooking show and some funny stuff as well but always the Truth
