I'd visit a friend of mine from my former church who is a financial lawyer and have him help me.

Buy a house, hire a lawyer to help me handle my personal affairs, and see if I could find someone who had a cure for my Dad's cancer. I've heard that the Gerson Clinic, in Mexico, is quite good and has had a lot of success stories about people who have actually been cured, so I would look into that. I guess that's a few things, but that's where I would want to start.
