Should they take ALL guns away from Chicago Cops?

What do they have to do to teach Chicago Cops to stop killing people?

As a Chicagoan, I can tell you that the police force is too heavily influenced by the mob. Which is why cop training in Chicago consists of selecting unintelligent individuals and telling them to shoot before asking questions.

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout Lol. Since when the fuck has Chicago had tight gun laws. My sister bought a revolver when she was 17. And she was an illegal immigrant at the time. She paid cash and they handed her a firearm and ammunition without even asking for an ID.

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout Come here to Chicago. Walk into a gun store and ask to buy one. You don't need a license, you don't need a permit, you don't need any form of identification. You could be a convicted felon, you could be an undocumented immigrant, you could be a registered sex offender, it doesn't make a difference.

Also, second-highest murder rate. #1 goes to Oakland.

The massive body count in ChIraq might have had something to do with the cop's perception of danger. When more Americans are getting killed on the streets of Chicago than in a war, one can imagine the police aren't particularly fond of restraint.

Though, granted, I'm not sure if it's still that bad in Chicago. That was the last I heard of it.

@Tatsumi Oh it's bad, but over 70% of the murders here are all concentrated to the South Side. More people have been shot and killed on Chicago's South Side than American soldiers have died in Afghanistan since 2001.

In other words, stick to downtown, the North Side, or the West Side.

There is no east side cos if you go east of downtown you wind up in Lake Michigan.
