I had to google what RP meant. If I understand the term correctly it means "proper" or BBC English. If RP also includes courtroom English like that used in movies such as Witness For The Prosecution or Love Among The Ruins then I find the surgical preciseness of a cutting interrogation to be one of my favorite forms of humor.
