There was an episode on 1001 Ways to Die about this guy who tied a salami to his thigh to make it look like he had a big D when nightclubbing. Unfortunately he cut off the blood supply through his femoral artery and ended up dying from cardiac arrest, I think due to a blood clot traveling or something similar 👀
