On walking into the factory the Managing Director noticed a young man leaning against a wall doing nothing.
He approached the the young man and calmly said to him "how much do you earn?". The young man was amazed that he was asked such a personal question, but he replied anyway. "I earn $2000 a month sir,why?".
Without answering the Managing Director took out his wallet and removed $6000 and gave it to the young man and then said "around here i pay people for working not to stand around. Here is three months salary now GET OUT and don't come back."
The young man turned around and was quickly out of sight. Noticing a few onlookers the Managing Director said in an upset manner "and that applies for everyone in this company."
He approached one of the onlookers and asked him "who was that young man i just fired."To which an amazing reply came, "That was the pizza delivery man sir."
