Is all the hype about climate change getting to be a bit of a joke ?

@SW-User someone has to start, in this case, the US is actually behind others. Further, the US and other highly developed counties have contributed more to the decline of our environment causing more suffering in the least developed countries, we sort of owe them our help.

China contributes the most to climate change. Other countries contribute a lot too. To that extent it doesn't really matter what the U.S does, right?

@SW-User wrong, every little bit helps. The Chinese are taking efforts to improve. In fact, they have gone way ahead of the US, unfortunately, in the technology, virtually taking over production of some of the solutions needed. Our inability to accept the science, and to turn on the manufacture of turbines, solar panels, etc., Is going to cost us both ways.

@TheOrionbeltseeker if you believe the "scientists," they also state that never before has the climate change been as radical and rapid, usually occurring over hundred-to thousands of years.
