Why are guy's like that ????

A while ago I connected with a much younger guy on a fun level, he was obviously into older women. So we agreed on just having fun, he had a girlfriend and was just basically looking to have fun with me, which I understood. Later on I met a guy on a dating site and we got on very well and it seemed like he was really into me and ready to meet, etc. So I decided to end things with this younger guy and informed him about my decision. Instead I recently discovered that this guy on SW,were very upset about it, saying I mislead him and he wasted his time and energy on me😲
Can anyone explain to me where I misread the agreement between us, cause I dont understand what he is on about???

Unfortunately this is just a playing field for young and old. I could ask you why you not searching on a dating site instead of here, but from experience it's the same everywhere. If you lucky you might find someone here that really cares, but at the end of the day all paths on here leads to only one thing...I don't have to tell you what that is🤷

I've been single close to 8 yrs but happy to be single. I'm 57 btw. No longer interested in relationships as I've been there done that and have zero interest in marriage.

Everyone have their own desires some for emotional support others for whatever...so choose what you want ignore what you don't want n move on..nobody is getting married here or divorced .

There are men who are quite serious, and there are men who are not serious at all.

I would say the vast majority are not interested in a woman who says, “I’m looking for a lifetime commitment,” in the first conversation.

You can look, and it’s not impossible, but it’s unlikely.

If you meet someone and the chat is fun (by whatever standards), they might return. Maybe they’ll email, maybe they’ll call.

In the meantime, how would you know if they’re scamming you? Or if they’re a would-be killer?
It is - and should be - a slow process.
