...Was Talking To Thumper....

My new Rabbit tonight...as you do...or maybe it's just me?

We had a little heart-to-bunny; I was telling him/her all my woes as I was cleaning out the cage and run....
...and, I'll admit to something here, sweeties....

I suffer from S.A.D - which is Seasonal Adjusted Disorder - meaning that, because of the dark nights and days, I get low in mood and a bit more emotional, for no apparent reason...

I can be cranky, and I know I can be a handful for poor 'ol Matt..

But, just something that I wanted to share.....between me, Thumper and you lot.

I wonder how many others have this condition?

For me it was probably the first thing I was diagnosed with in terms of mental health. (anxiety disorders came later).

It is a struggle I know well. Even in school my grades would tank over the winter. All you had to do was see my report cards to tell something was up.

My ex-wife did. It tormented her considerably when we lived in London. Almost disappeared after we got to Florida.
