Everything; the foundation, the plumbing, doors, windows, gutters, etc. etc.

Just got the dryer fixed. Time for something else to go out. Have replaced the TV, the washing machine & the dishwasher since October. Also my car since it got totaled. Seems like one thing after another this past few months.

The bathroom vanity and the finish on the front porch
I need to replace the pressure relief valve on my water heater.
@PatKirby shouldn't be too bad. The de-solder and re-solder will be a little tricky due to proximity.

@BizSuitStacy

Gonna replace the heater element while you're at it?
@PatKirby No. That's working well. Just getting an intermittent leak from the valve.

nothing really, but we are going to put in a new kitchen around October and a 5 person spa

The deck needs to be pressure washed and restrained. The concrete around the pool needs pressure washing too. The branches that blew down a very the winter need to be picked up and burned. The sod that got pushed up by the snowplow needs to be picked up and put back in place. All typical Spring stuff.

They are finally going to scrape the peeling texture paint from the bathroom ceiling sometime this year. Yay! And I still need a new traverse rod in my living room. I've ripped the stitches out of the placket on the end, tugging on it.

Garden needs trimming and more red mulch. Neighborhood critters can hide in the growing weeds now.
New windows put in. Fan for the bathroom vent. Plus various other things

Next big internal thing is the kitchen mixer taps.
Everybody likes them but they're a pain to fit and it's not long before they start leaking.

Then a new shower.
Trying to find a low level toilet but I don't think they make them anymore so that quest continues.

Outdoors ?
Garage roof needs new joists and probably an 'engineered slope' to prevent water settling and eventually going through it.
