How do you usually end your day?

Cold shower... It's extremely hot out here 😅 & I used to have a beer in the shower but I rarely drink these days

Hot bath maybe with a glass of wine

I go to bed.

Ice bath

A bit too hot for jacuzzi, but would go after the swimming pool. Currently pool needs to be cleaned. Cool shower, usually a whiskey and cigar somewhere along the way.

None of those. Just, usually, the normal preparations, teeth cleaning, face washing then to bed. Sometimes, if I am not feeling well, that is preceded by a snifter of cognac.

Hot bath

Either number 2 or 3 and sometimes a cold drink after.

I take a hot shower in the morning, not night.

Usually I end my day by being 8" inside of who's in my bed. ;-)

wash my face, brush my teeth...go to bet

flossing. sad but true.
