1. Cold Shower
2. Hot Shower
3. Soak in the hot tub
4. Jacuzzi soak
5. Ice Bath
6. Nothing really

Cold shower... It's [b]extremely[/b] hot out here 😅 & I used to have a beer in the shower but I rarely drink these days
