Yes, it's safe and good. I would never pay for water (well besides my water bill).
beermeplease · M
@JimboSaturn i wonder if it's changed since i lived there in the 80s. i remember when i first moved out there from bc and had my first glass of water. it was so chlorinated. but after a while i got used to it

@beermeplease I think my water might be slightly different than Brampton? probably not noticeable.
beermeplease · M
@JimboSaturn well, at first we lived at the royal york for a few weeks (cp air footed that bill) until we got settled in scarborough then brampton.

Our water is good, but a bit hard. We run it through a softener before it reaches our taps.
greensnacks · F
We have one of the cleanest water in the world
beermeplease · M
@greensnacks maybe we're neighbours 🤭

Our water is hard and heavily chlorinated. I drink Brita filtered water.
beermeplease · M
@Sapio i remember moving to ontario back in the 80s...that first sip was gross
Yes, it’s safe to drink.
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
Our tap water is as good as any bottled water. I refill 1.5 litre bottles and chill them in the fridge..😷

Well, it wont kill you immediately.
And im not dead yet.
Its clean, its doable. It definitely tastes better if i let it degas the chlorine in bottles on my window sill first .
But the more i find out - the more i want a proper purifier.
Esp after learning about microplastics🫤

Yes, it's safe to drink, but we still have a purifier
beermeplease · M
@Donotfolowme yeah...used to use one of those brita filters but that was a waste of money
Seems fine to me. There’s gotta be a reason why Evian spelled backwards is Naive.

I don't know. It's supposed to be and I drink it and didn't grow a tail yet.
The problem is with warm tap water. You should never drink it. That is not safe.
