Has anyone been to rehab?

@dumpstermeow: do it if you have to, i was on everything i could get my hands on, couldn't touchmy face without getting a nose bleed for a while, and i haven't touched a line since i was 18. i still drink, but much more controlled than i used to. both parents and half my blood line, all addicts or drunks. odds WAY against me. you can do it,just keep going if you need somebody to just scream at for a minute, i hear you <3

@dumpstermeow: anytime , i know how it is, sometimes you just get it in your head, and you can't get it out. i still get it now all these years later. i have to take narcs for pain... too easy to take more.

@Halcyon: the rehab I'm looking at offers all kinds of therapy and is specifically focused on getting to the underlying causes. I'm really hopeful it will help me 🙂

It got me back on track for a while but it's certainly no magic bullet.
