Has anyone been to rehab?

For alcohol, drugs, etc. How was it?

I'm thinking I need to finally give it a go.

Yes nearly 13 years ago. Given I've not drunk or used since I support it.

Mine was 12step based using Minnesota method. That can be for some a harsh exposing regime but I needed that I think.
