Has anyone been to rehab?

For alcohol, drugs, etc. How was it?

I'm thinking I need to finally give it a go.

I gave up drugs on my own,smoking i have a problem with..thinking about calling the helpline or sth. My buddy was in a methadone clinic for 2 months btw.5 years later,he is still using methadone
