Has anyone been to rehab?

For alcohol, drugs, etc. How was it?

I'm thinking I need to finally give it a go.

In many cases it helps to give you a break and can help you learn how to manage using alcohol as a coping device. Eventually you need to learn the underlying cause and figure out your triggers to know when you're going to use so you can stop it ahead of time.

@Halcyon: the rehab I'm looking at offers all kinds of therapy and is specifically focused on getting to the underlying causes. I'm really hopeful it will help me 🙂
