How is the coronavirus contagion where you are?

Isn't it strange we have programmes like the remake of HG Wells' war of the worlds, about a contagion mist, and also COBRA about a contagion in tv, with several movies about contagion resulting in a plague of zombies and then all of a sudden it happens in real life?

Not cool but we're dealing it well as a country. I'm sad for USA, UK, France etc where they're doing random stuff and a lot of people is going to die.
Here I personally know some people with the virus.

There's over 100 cases in NYC. Unfortunately to say there's probably many more. Stay safe.

Osceola county, FL, land of Disney, just confirmed its first case. County is shut down and all schools in the state are closed, but I still get to go to work.

latest, we have one death but we are closing borders... universities and schools already shut down, events cancelled.

They estimated that around 8000 people returned from Italy recently.

As of yesterday morning in Ireland there were over 70 cases in the country and we're on partial lockdown the rumour is we're going on full lockdown from Monday to try and contain the spread

The case numbers are significantly lower thaa as n a lot of other countries
But they are increasing
About 90% related to travel
But about 10% from unknowen sources

More people are being diagnosed with the virus.
Those returning from overseas are being found positive.
15 people now have it in Perth. One person has dies.

The administrator where I live was contacted by the CDC "supposedly" but regardless she decided we are all under quarantine for 14 days

The news claimed that's it's only 5 cases. However, more than 30 people have been admitted and one woman just died yesterday.

It’s not far but so far there’s one diagnosis south of here and one north. We’ll see.

It's increased in Illinois and now we currently have a total of 32 cases.

I don't think anyone in my city thinks its real. They seem to think its all media hype.

Hospital down the street confirmed the second case in our county. Had a friend in that hospital just a couple days ago. It's definitely getting close.
