Yeah you can't target areas for fat unfortunately. I think you just gotta eat more protein, less carbs, no sugars and more veg so you don't store it and you burn it.
If you start the day with like 200 kneetaps, and some core exercises like bicycle crunches and high to low planks that'll probably help.

it's part of being a woman. for most women. there is of course the option to dedicate your life to the gym. but most likely youll always have a little extra. just look at the other women in your family and that will give you a better idea of what you're realistically working with.

yes but you gotta be old and do a lotta walking around several miles every 2nd day or so for a few years , my niece says i'm too Skinny , but i noticed her Behemoth Body ,lol

It takes a lot more time, but it is possible. Keep up the cardio, eat a bit better, and it fades.
