I like doing body weight exercises with a weight vest. Pull ups, dips, push ups and lunges.

I also like doing basic lifts with the barbell. Squats, deadlifts, overhead press, bent over rows.

An then I’ll typically run for 3-4 miles. Or jump rope for 30 min.

An then on the weekends sabotage myself with bubba burgers, burritos and pizza 😂

I train four times a week , I have half hour on the bike...then thighs and calfs and waist day one....chest shoulders and arms....and then repeat for the next two days...

I don't work out as much as I'd like to imagine that I do. However, I do take a few walks around the neighborhood from time to time.

Using a weight machine and a rowing machine. I used to run but I can’t so much now after screwing up my foot
Get up , make coffee, tap on my phone, send messages, drink coffee, turn on PC and type for 8 hours or more

Light weights for legs, arms, stomach and but. Run about three - five miles. Hold breath for two minutes a day.
