Being busy, workout and prefering long walks. That's what i doing but who knows what life throw at you.

@SW-User I tried that and failed miserably. That's why I want to approach from the opposite side, maintaining a perfect health to kick the stress out of my system!

@Disturbed12 good luck, hope it works out for you. People aren't usually willing to avoid the stress by dumping people, debt and stuff, material sht you don't need. Changing jobs, where you live, how you live. They're all risky moves but the payback is worth it.

Eat salad/veg every day, fish, bananas.
Do planks/push ups/standing bicylce crunches/punch the bag.

Drink oolong tea and water, only drink 1-2 beers a week if that, no drugs (anymore) not even legal medication when it's not necessary.

Physically it’s about balance between food that’s good for me & sweets. Also a regular exercise routine. Mentally it’s a balance between downtime & expressing my needs & stress.

@Disturbed12 I’m not perfect in strictly following it all the time. But yes I do fairly good about keeping up with what I should be doing.
