I noticed that worrying about the things that I cannot change had caused me so much anxiety and I had horrible anxiety attacks.

Magnesium and B-complex vitamins are the first things I use...then if it's something worrying me take a walk or do something to busy my mind like chores and cleaning closets & cabinets in the house or doing some yard work project outside.

I think exercise would help but I often don't feel like it, I will though escape for a while through fantasy and try at least in my head to be somewhere else where I don't think about the things that made me anxious.
