Muscle spasm?
WillaKissing · 56-60, M
Those Epsom salts work wonders when you can soak in them. The heating pad was a great add too!
Good luck at your appointment and good idea to make sure it was just back pain and nothing else.

Wonderful that such a simple solution worked...but wow...but...a bizzilon nerves " back" there....all it takes is one.
Glad you're doing better.
Reminds me of mystery bruises.

Is it possible you tightened that part up without knowing it during the day? That happened to me(while drumming) and I was rewarded the next morning with incessant lower back spasms. Good times.
Now I am very conscious of how I move during the day.

I have Epsom salts in my bath every day - it seems to be working!

That does sound a little odd. A bad back doesn't usually clear up that quickly. Definitely keep the appointment and find out what's going on.

Glad it all helped.

that is very wierd? did you just pull something?
bijouxbroussard · F
@JimboSaturn Not sure, but it’s possible. I remember thinking something may have happened in the way I’d slept that night before.
